📌 About the role
We are looking for an Electronics Quality Engineer to strengthen how quality is defined, integrated, and ensured in Roca Group's electronic products on a global scale.
This role is key to ensuring that our smart products are robust, reliable, and properly designed from the start.
🔎 Main responsibilities
🧩 Define and implement quality standards for electronic systems (HW/SW, sensors, connectivity).
🚀 Ensure quality in new product launches (NPL), including validations, trials, and industrialization reviews.
🛠️ Apply Design for Quality (DfQ) principles from the early stages of development.
🚨 Lead root cause analysis of field failures, complaints, and returns.
🌍 Coordinate global teams (R&D, plants, suppliers) to ensure robust solutions.
🏭 Ensure quality of electronic suppliers (qualification, audits, RoHS/CE compliance).
🧪 Define testing standards (functional, reliability, environmental, connectivity, software).
📊 Monitor quality KPIs (failures, warranty, CoQ) using tools such as SAP QM and Power BI.
🔄 Drive continuous improvement initiatives globally.
🤝 Internal and external relations
Close collaboration with Corporate Quality, R&D, plants, purchasing, suppliers, and after-sales.
