Product Engineer - Automotive Sector

• Have sufficient experience to work autonomously managing your scope of parts.
• Have fluency in English so that you can communicate with project colleagues and some suppliers.
• Have experience in the following automotive products: cooling, braking, steering, HVAC, fairing, exhaust, suspension...

Additionally, your day-to-day tools will be:  

• CATIA, to visualize parts.
• QCDP to manage part quality.
• PLM to manage the product through its different life cycle phases.

As a product engineer, your mission will take place within the context of development and industrialization projects for new vehicles:

• 🗂️ Define the framework and decide on the technical solutions to be retained for the project by applying customer standards and identifying the risks within your scope.
• 📋 Guarantee the achievement of results at the different project milestones.
• 📥 Manage the suppliers within the associated technical scope.
• 🔍 Pilot the associated technical convergence in collaboration with designers and technical architects.
• 🔄 In the context of vehicle industrialization, drive and implement the necessary actions to achieve QCDP objectives.
• 📝 Work with other engineering, purchasing, supplier, logistics, and manufacturing functions to achieve the project's QCDP objectives.
• 🛠️ Perform the definition and monitoring of the validation plan for your scope.
