What you'll do

-Design and develop new industrial products, ensuring they meet quality standards and technical specifications.

-Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses for the implementation of new products.

-Coordinate tests, trials, and prototype validations to ensure product performance and functionality.

-Identify opportunities for improvement in existing products and propose innovative solutions.

-Collaborate with the engineering and production team to ensure product integration into manufacturing processes.

-Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industrial sector, applying them to product development.

-Prepare detailed technical documentation, such as manuals, specifications, and development reports.

-Participate in team meetings to share progress, ideas, and results related to ongoing projects.

Requirements

-Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development or similar fields.

-Previous experience in industrial product development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

-Proficiency in programs such as Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.

-Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.

-Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with different departments.

-Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

-Motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies and working methods.

-Advanced level of English, minimum B2.
