As a Validation Media Management Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, planning, and management of all media necessary for vehicle validation during the various project phases, ensuring consistency between the validation plan, industrial planning, and program objectives.

You will be the main interlocutor between Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and the plant to ensure that the vehicles, partial media, parts, and necessary resources are available in terms of time, cost, and quality.

What you'll do

Build and maintain the project validation plan.
Identify media needs for each phase of the program.
Manage complete vehicles, partial media, kits, BIW, and parts necessary for validation.
Seek synergies to optimize costs and media reuse.
Ensure consistency between the Validation Plan, PIV, captive fleet, and project needs.
Develop the detailed planning for validation vehicles.
Coordinate the creation of countermarks and vehicle configurations.
Guarantee the availability of the media necessary for each milestone.
Control compliance with program deadlines and objectives.
Prepare periodic progress reports.
Keep the following indicators updated:
- Media availability.
- Planning compliance.
- Validation costs.
- Program risks.
