Requirements
What we're looking for
Education: Higher Engineering degree or Master's (Industrial, Chemical, or specialties in Industrial Organization, Project Management, Mechanical, or Manufacturing).
5 years of previous work experience in Engineering Technical Office tasks and in Product Engineering project management.
Demonstrable experience in CAD tools and PLM systems (commercial or internally developed).

What you'll do
To be an active part of the Technical Office team, driving technical coordination and the standardization of product engineering processes within a multinational environment. You will act as a link between the Product, IT, and international Design and Innovation teams, participating in the efficient management of resources, the quality of technical documentation, and the implementation of key KPIs to ensure the fulfillment of company objectives.
Coordinate Product Development projects from a Product Engineering perspective.
Support and back up the daily activity of the Engineering department's Technical Office.
Coordinate the preparation of detailed technical specifications and product documentation oriented towards purchasing and manufacturing.
Perform Product Owner functions in internal projects for the development and implementation of engineering software, taking into account the process interactions with all affected departments.
Collaborate closely with the Design and Innovation teams of the group's companies at an international level (multinational and multilingual environment).
Facilitate the convergence of local development practices toward a single, integrated, optimized model that is suitable for the idiosyncrasies of each market.
