Junior Validation Resources Management Technician

We are looking for a junior profile, with a desire to learn and develop within the automotive sector.

We would be a particularly good fit if you have:

• Training in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Automotive, Quality, or similar.
• Some knowledge or previous experience in automotive, even if it is initial.
• Interest in project planning, organization, and monitoring.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ease in working and communicating with different teams.
• Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems.
• High level of English, as it will be used on a daily basis.
• And, above all, a desire to learn and grow professionally.

🎯 What will your mission be?

You will be part of the team responsible for planning and coordinating the resources necessary for vehicle validation during the different phases of a project.

Your objective will be to ensure that vehicles, parts, and other necessary resources are available at the right time and in accordance with the project planning.

We are not necessarily looking for an expert: we will accompany you in your development, and you will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience in an industrial and automotive environment.

🔧 What will you do on a daily basis?

• Participate in the planning of the vehicles and resources necessary for validation.
• Monitor the availability of vehicles, parts, and other resources.
• Coordinate with different teams: Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and the plant.
• Update and monitor project planning.
• Detect possible delays or needs and help find solutions.
• Monitor project milestones and important dates.
• Prepare reports and monitoring indicators.
• Collaborate in the management and organization of the resources used during the different validation phases.
• Participate in meetings with the different teams involved in the project.
• Progressively learn and familiarize yourself with vehicle validation and development processes.
