• Technical studies with specialization in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Have 2/3 years of experience as a Process Engineer/Technician in the automotive sector.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing

As Engineering Process Leader your mission is to take responsibility for defining, developing, and optimizing the industrial processes that allow for the manufacturing of products with the required levels of quality, productivity, cost, and safety.

Their role consists of ensuring that manufacturing processes are technically robust, repeatable, and capable of responding to the plant's industrial objectives throughout the entire product life cycle.

The Engineering Process Leader leads process engineering within an industrial perimeter, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and promoting continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.

Active participation in industrialization projects, validating that the defined processes are compatible with production capabilities and ensuring an efficient transition between the development and mass manufacturing phases.

In addition to the technical optimization of processes, they play a relevant role in industrial performance management.

Analysis of indicators such as productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), process capability, ergonomics, and quality, identifying improvement opportunities and driving actions that increase the plant's competitiveness.

They work transversally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure the stability of the production process and the achievement of the industrial objectives established by the client.
