The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team helps companies address the climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and inequality. As a Sustainability Consultant (Data Analytics), you will have the opportunity to work on projects combining assurance and advisory services, contributing to the generation of insights and the design of impactful ESG solutions.

Your main duties:

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative sustainability information, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in review and assurance procedures for ESG indicators and supporting documentation.
  • Support calculations of tangible impact (e.g., emissions, consumption, waste, and other quantifiable indicators).
  • Prepare working papers, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate the analysis and communication of results.
  • Apply critical thinking to challenge hypotheses, review assumptions, and propose robust solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure methodological consistency and quality of the final deliverables.
  • Support the team in understanding and implementing regulatory and methodological requirements for sustainability.
  • Participate in the development of client-oriented ESG diagnostics and analyses.
  • Support the definition of improvement initiatives and action plans.
  • Prepare clear, structured deliverables, presentations, and reports oriented towards decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Data Analytics, or similar fields.
  • English level B2.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ESG Consulting, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of or interest in sustainability frameworks and ESG metrics.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and evidence.
