As a Data Scientist, you will participate in high-impact initiatives, transforming data into solutions that provide measurable value. You will collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Strategy, and Business teams throughout the entire lifecycle of AI solutions: from identifying business needs to their development, validation, production deployment, and client adoption, ensuring they are useful, explainable, and reliable.

Among the functions you will perform are:

  • Co-create data and AI use cases with the business, identifying opportunities where advanced analytics, machine learning, or generative AI can generate real impact.
  • Explore, prepare, and enrich data from different sources to build robust datasets, variables, and features that serve as a basis for analytical models and products.
  • Develop machine learning and deep learning models to solve prediction, classification, segmentation, recommendation, optimization, forecasting, anomaly detection, or behavior analysis problems.
  • Design solutions with generative AI, including use cases with LLMs, semantic search, RAG, embeddings, intelligent assistants, document automation, or task-oriented agents.
  • Collaborate on the productionization of models, working with MLOps and LLMOps practices, versioning, traceability, testing, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Create visualizations, narratives, and analytical experiences that help technical and business profiles understand complex results in a clear, simple, and actionable way.
  • Work directly with clients, understanding their challenges, explaining results, proposing solutions, and supporting the adoption of AI in their processes.
