EY's Forensic & Integrity Services area is a department specialized in financial investigation, expert reporting, and compliance risk management.

We advise our clients on the design, improvement, implementation, and supervision of their Compliance Systems (criminal liability, anti-corruption, international sanctions, competition, etc.), enabling them to assess risks and develop systems to prevent or mitigate them.

Additionally, we assist our clients in detecting known or unknown fraud patterns, as well as investigating potential irregularities committed, with the aim of determining the cause that may have led to them.

Finally, we act as independent experts when organizations face potential economic conflict situations that may result in judicial or arbitration proceedings, through the ratification of independent and objective reports presenting the financial and accounting facts that support our client's position.

• You will participate in meetings with key client stakeholders, with the objective of assessing the main compliance risks (depending on the project type) that may affect them due to their business activities.
• You will identify and evaluate the preventive measures implemented at the client to mitigate those risks, as well as those that should be implemented.
• You will develop risk and control maps in accordance with the procedures applied during the project.
• You will advise clients on the Design, Improvement, Implementation, and Supervision of their Compliance Systems.
• You will plan, with the assistance of the Project Manager, the team's tasks for each project in question.
• You will attend meetings with various clients and have direct communication with the team designated by the client for the project.
• You will take on a leadership and supervisory role over the work performed by the more junior profiles in the department.
• You will have direct communication with the different EY departments, offering the candidate visibility and business development opportunities.
• You will be involved in preparing corporate events, both at the firm and departmental level, as well as attending them.

El área de Forensic & Integrity Services de EY es un departamento especializado en investigación financiera, elaboración de informes periciales y gestión de riesgos de cumplimiento.

Asesoramos a nuestros clientes en el diseño, mejora, implantación y supervisión de sus Sistemas de Cumplimiento Normativo (responsabilidad penal, anticorrupción, sanciones internacionales, competencia etc.), permitiendo que puedan evaluar los riesgos y desarrollando sistemas que permitan prevenirlos o mitigarlos.

Además, asistimos a nuestros clientes en la detección de pautas de fraude conocidas o desconocidas, así como en la investigación de potenciales irregularidades cometidas, con el objetivo de determinar la causa que las hayan podido ocasionar.

Por último, actuamos como expertos independientes cuando las organizaciones se ven inmersas en potenciales situaciones de conflicto económico que pueden derivar en procedimientos judiciales o arbitrales, mediante la ratificación de informes objetivos e independientes, en los que se presentan los hechos económicos, financieros y contables que acreditan la posición de nuestro cliente.

• Participarás en reuniones con los principales interlocutores del cliente, con el objetivo de evaluar los principales riesgos de cumplimiento (según la tipología de proyecto) que pudieran afectarle por motivo de su actividad.
• Identificarás y evaluarás las medidas preventivas implantadas en el cliente para la mitigación de esos riesgos, así como aquellas que debieran implantarse.
• Elaborarás los mapas de riesgos y controles de acuerdo con los procedimientos aplicados durante el proyecto.
• Asesorarás a los clientes en el Diseño, Mejora, Implementación y Supervisión de sus Sistemas de Cumplimento Normativo.
• Planificarás, con la ayuda del Manager del Proyecto, las tareas del equipo de cada proyecto en cuestión.
• Asistirás a reuniones con los diferentes clientes y tendrás interlocución directa con el equipo designado por del cliente para el proyecto.
• Ejercerás un rol de líder y supervisor del trabajo realizado por los perfiles más junior del departamento.
• Tendrás una interlocución directa con los diferentes departamentos de EY, ofreciendo al candidato visibilidad y oportunidades de desarrollo de negocio.
• Estarás involucrado en la preparación de eventos corporativos, tanto a nivel firma como departamental, así como la asistencia a los mismos.

• Trabajo híbrido y flexibilidad según proyecto.
