Payroll Manager (Barcelona)

• Education: Degree in Labor Relations or Labor Sciences.
• Advanced user of the Office suite and a payroll management ERP.
• The candidate must have experience in team management, proactivity in problem-solving, decision-making ability, and leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the Cegid Peoplenet and A3 Innuva platforms will be valued.
• Intermediate/advanced level of English for writing emails, phone calls, and meetings with clients.
• Experience in process management with companies with high payroll volumes will be valued.

As part of the Payroll Outsourcing department at EY Abogados, you will have the opportunity to manage the payroll calculation process and administration of personnel for major clients, participating in both the execution and supervision of regulatory compliance throughout the entire process. Additionally, you will lead work teams and manage a client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service.
