Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law. And Postgraduate studies or specialization in Commercial Law, Corporate Law or related areas are considered an advantage.
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or the legal department of a company.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Experience with licensing, supply, distribution and/or co-development agreements is a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting B2B business models is a plus.
- Exposure to international business environments is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong corporate, commercial and contractual law knowledge.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs team and support Farmaprojects' international business operations.
Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, this role will focus on drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial agreements within the pharmaceutical industry, while providing practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, supporting strategic projects and contributing to the company's continued growth in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the company's domestic and international activity by providing legal advice and handling commercial and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial documents and agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, co-development, confidentiality and service agreements
- Manage the full contract lifecycle for assigned products, projects and business partners.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks while enabling business objectives.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters assigned by the Legal Affairs Department.
- Coordinate and manage external legal advisors when required.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to support business initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, contract management practices and operational efficiency within the Legal Affairs function.
- Participate in strategic projects and new business initiatives as the organization continues to evolve and grow.
