Food Quality Technician

• Your academic training in Food Science and Technology (CTA), Nutrition, or a related field

Will grant you the necessary technical base to interpret analyses, regulations, and manage specifications with rigor.

• Your technical experience in managing quality regulations (such as IFS) and the food industry

Will allow you to move fluently through the plant, make informed decisions, and anticipate solutions to any process deviation.

• Your capacity for organization, communication, and attention to detail

Will be key to coordinating the cleaning company, managing samples, and maintaining traceability with IT tools such as SAP.

• Your residence near Javalí Nuevo (Murcia) and availability for the morning shift

Will facilitate easy commutes in your day-to-day life, ensuring punctuality and smooth integration into the Operations department's operations.

• Stability and continuous professional projection

You will start with an initial 2-month temporary contract through an ETT, focused on your subsequent direct incorporation into the company's permanent workforce in the long term.

• Transparent remuneration based on your contribution

You will receive an hourly wage of €11.40/hour (equivalent to a range of €17,000 to €21,000 gross per year according to the "Ayudante" collective agreement), recognizing your value and previous experience in quality.

• Intensive working day for greater personal balance

You will work Monday to Friday on an intensive morning shift (rotating or assigned schedule from 06:00 to 14:00 h or from 07:00 to 15:00 h), allowing you to have all your afternoons free.

• Development in high-level standards (IFS Progress Food)

You will strengthen your professional profile by directly managing the IFS standard, hygiene regulations, analytical plans, and responding to international customer audits.

• Autonomy and multidisciplinary work

You will collaborate in close coordination with the Operations and Commercial departments, gaining a comprehensive vision of the production, reception, and product release processes.

In your day-to-day

• You will supervise process controls at the manufacturing plant, managing the IFS Progress Food standard, the analytical plan, and the release of raw materials.
• You will agilely process non-conformities and incidents, coordinating returns with the commercial area and technical documentation with customers and suppliers.
• You will guarantee compliance with hygiene protocols, pest control, waste management, and the constant updating of technical data sheets.
