Billing Administrator

• Advanced mastery of IT tools (Excel and Microsoft Office) and experience in billing
• Having Higher Degree training and a track record in collections management and municipal platforms for billing will give you the technical solvency to manage high volumes of data with speed and zero errors.
• Your skill in telephone customer service will allow you to redirect claims and offer clear solutions to clients, strengthening the company's image.
• Geographic proximity and autonomy of travel
• Having your own vehicle and residing near Rubí (Barcelona) will facilitate an immediate start and a comfortable commuting routine in your day-to-day life.

• Competitive salary: Remuneration package of between €22,000 and €24,000 gross annually approx., adjusted to your professional contribution.

Your work will ensure the financial health of commercial operations and build relationships of trust through transparent and high-quality administrative service.

You will manage the complete billing cycle: You will perform client registration, electronic invoice recording, billing closing, and rigorous collection control.

You will attend to and resolve incidents with a customer orientation: You will manage claims, credit notes, and invoice modifications, ensuring agile responses and close telephone interactions.

You will analyze data for decision-making: You will prepare sales statistics and credit note metrics that will allow for the optimization of commercial department processes.

• Stability and a continuous project: You will start with a contract of 3 months through an ETT with a subsequent direct incorporation to the company's workforce.
• Schedule designed for work-life balance: You will enjoy an intensive schedule of 08:00h to 16:00h from October to April (with 20 min for lunch), and 08:30h to 17:30h from May to September (with 45 min for lunch), allowing you to organize your personal life with clarity.
