Your previous experience in the maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment

Having worked in production plants will give you the necessary agility to understand the operation of the line, move with ease, and act quickly in the event of any unscheduled shutdown.

Your knowledge in the diagnosis and repair of electromechanical systems

Mastering electrical and mechanical principles will help you identify the exact origin of breakdowns and apply precise, durable, and safe solutions.

Your communication and incident reporting skills

Being able to transmit technical information clearly will facilitate data recording in the system, coordination with other departments, and the supervision of external personnel.

The role

What you'll do

You will guarantee the optimal functioning of the plant's equipment and facilities through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Your impact will be fundamental to ensuring the continuity of the production process, protecting the facilities against failures, and ensuring that the entire plant operates with the highest standards of quality and safety.

How you'll work

Clear planning in rotating shifts

You will organize your routine with a transparent rotation of shifts (mornings from 6:00 to 14:00, afternoons from 14:00 to 22:00, and nights from 22:00 to 06:00) that will allow you to plan your rest times in advance.

In your day-to-day

You will maintain and diagnose electromechanical systems and facilities, solving breakdowns and recording work orders quickly in the system.
You will participate and collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, scheduled technical shutdowns, and continuous improvement projects.
You will coordinate and supervise tasks with other departments and external personnel, reporting incidents to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
