Requirements

What we're looking for

Your vocational training (FP) in Industrial Mechatronics or Electromechanics

Having this technical base will allow you to understand the integral behavior of the machinery and work proficiently in automated environments.

Your previous experience in industrial machinery maintenance

Providing between 3 and 5 years of experience in the sector (or a minimum of 2 years) will give you the necessary fluency to intervene quickly in packaging machines and freezing tunnels.

Your flexibility and teamwork for rotating shifts

Adapting to the morning and afternoon rotation (assuming the morning shift with the corresponding Saturday) will facilitate the continuous monitoring of the facilities alongside the rest of the technicians.

What you'll do

- Technical growth and development in the plant: You will operate and maintain industrial packaging equipment, belts, and freezing tunnels, strengthening your technical profile with the support of an experienced team.

You will be a fundamental piece in guaranteeing maximum availability and optimal performance of the production and freezing lines.
Your daily work will prevent unplanned downtime, ensuring that the packaging and processing processes maintain the plant's efficiency standards.
You will resolve incidents and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging machines, conveyor belts, and freezing tunnels.
You will diagnose electromechanical faults on the lines, applying your technical knowledge to recover the production rhythm with agility.
You will collaborate closely with the production team to optimize the continuous operation of the factory equipment.

How you'll work

- Work-life balance with nights completely free: You will work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts with biweekly rotation, guaranteeing daily nighttime rest and the possibility to plan your activities in advance.
