Computer technician Networks

Network technician to carry out the following functions. These are field technicians who must have knowledge focused on hardware and cable – fiber installation at the airport.

Operational tasks:  

·       Daily management of incidents – Remedy ticketing tool.  

·       Management of incidents via email.  

·       Report daily on the status of tasks.  

·       Inventory additions and removals.  

·       Periodic tasks: temperature, status of QPs, measurements, Fortinet reports.  

·       Shift handover report.  

Technical tasks:  

·       Monitor the network using management tools: logs, Hivision, Prime, Zabbix.  

·       Basic knowledge of management tool errors and alarms.  

·       Monitor switch port status.  

·       Switch configuration (Cisco, Nortel, Hirschmann, Linksys, 3Com): switches from scratch, VLANs, ports, trunks… 

·       PoE configuration. 

·       AP configuration.  

·       Configuration of AMINOS, Exteritys.  

·       VLAN scanning.  

·       Reservation of unicast and multicast IPs.  

·       Locating devices on the network, both electronic and end network devices.  

·       Preventive maintenance (TvIP, Wi-Fi, Hubs, Public address system).  

·       Diagnosis and resolution of incidents: with and without escalation.  

·       Phone changes.  

·       Patching (copper and fiber) and rack mounting of equipment.  

·       Probe installation.  

What we offer

- Salary: €17,300 gross per year 

- Contract: permanent

- Schedule: WEEKLY ROTATING SHIFTS: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Every month and a half, weekend shift work is required:

Important technology sector company, providing coverage at Barcelona Airport, is recruiting: 

Intermediate or higher vocational qualification (preferred) in microcomputer network systems or similar.  

ESSENTIAL – DRIVING LICENSE VALID IN SPAIN.  

Técnico de redes para realzar estas funciones, se tratan de técnicos de campo que deben de tener conocimientos enfocados al hardware y la instalación del cableado – fibra en el aeropuerto.

Tareas operativas:  

·       Gestión diaria de las incidencias – herramienta de ticketing Remedy.  

·       Gestión de incidencias a través del correo.  

·       Informar diariamente del estado de las tareas.  

·       Altas y bajas de inventario.  

·       Tareas periódicas: temperatura, estado de QPs, mediciones, informes Fortinet.  

·       Informe de traspaso de turnos.  

Tareas técnicas:  

·       Monitorizar la red mediante los gestores: logs, Hivision, Prime, Zabbix.  

·       Conocimientos básicos sobre los errores y alarmas de los gestores.  

·       Monitorizar estados de puertos de switch.  

·       Configuración de switchs (cisco, nortel, hirschmann, Linksys, 3com): switchs desde cero, Vlans, puertos, trunks… 

·       Configuración de PoE. 

·       Configuración de APs.  

·       Configuración de AMINOS, Exteritys.  

·       Escaneo de Vlans.  

·       Reserva de IPs unicast y multicast.  

·       Localización de equipos en la red, tanto de electrónica, como equipos de red finales.  

·       Preventivos (TvIP, Wifi, Centros, Megafonía).  

·       Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias: con y sin escalado.  

·       Cambios de teléfonos.  

·       Parcheos (cobre y fibra) y montaje de equipos en rack.  

·       Montaje de sondas.  

Se ofrece

- Salario: 17.300 euros b/a brutos anuales 

-Contrato: indefinido

- Horario: TURNOS ROTATIVOS Semanales: 7.00 a 15.00 / 12.00 a 22.00 / 23.00 a 7.00

Cada mes y medio se trabaja en turno de fin de semana: 

- Zona:  El Prat de Llobregat ( Aeropuerto de Barcelona )
