What you'll get

What you will enjoy as part of our team:

Continuous growth and job stability: you will start with an initial 3-month contract that will serve to get to know each other, with a clear possibility of becoming a permanent member of the company staff to develop your career with us.
100% paid initial training: you will learn progressively during your first three days from 10:00 to 15:00, receiving your usual remuneration from the very first moment so that you can start with total confidence.
Competitive salary plus attractive incentives: you will have a salary of €1,879.46 gross/month for full-time employment (with prorated extra payments and holidays, or the proportional part for part-time employment), accompanied by a motivating system of commissions and incentives.
Daily meal allowance: you will receive an additional allowance of €11.30 for each working day worked, if you choose the 11:00 to 20:00 shift.

What you'll do

Your mission in the team:

You will be the key point of contact to advise current and interested clients, helping them find the best protection solutions and guaranteeing quality service. Your work will allow for the building of trusting relationships, expanding our clients' coverage, and driving the growth of the company's portfolio.

You will handle and make calls to clients and interested parties to provide personalized guidance on the insurance offering (health, funeral, among others).
You will provide information on the different policies and manage cross-selling by offering solutions that adapt to each user's needs.
You will perform continuous follow-up on new leads and the existing portfolio to guarantee excellent commercial service.

How you'll work

Family and close-knit atmosphere: you will work in an accessible, collaborative, and mutually supportive environment in Alcorcón, where camaraderie is experienced daily.
Flexibility of shifts and working days: you will be able to choose the option that best suits your life: full-time continuous shifts (13:00 to 21:00 or 11:00 to 20:00) or part-time afternoon shifts (20 or 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
