At Grupo Crit, we are looking for Customer Service Managers with CATALAN for a major Banking company.

We are selecting people with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in banking companies, who are able to detect cross-selling opportunities

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.
Resolve issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.
Identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Contract through a temporary employment agency for 3 months + extensions.
Training provided by the company.
Part-time contract for a 38.5-hour weekly schedule
Shifts available: split shift from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm (1h break from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm); from 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (30.5h weekly) or calendar shift from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (1h break from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm) - 35h weekly
Work 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.
Salary €9.71 gross, according to the Call Center collective agreement
