Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to learn and interest in providing service in a customer service and incident management position
- Good command of office applications
Nice to have
- Valued experience in a company dedicated to utility management
Education & certifications
- Prior training (selective and unpaid) from 19/10 to 06/11 from 9:00 to 15:00 at our facilities located in Torrejón de Ardoz (7 days in ONLINE modality and the rest in-person training).
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Part-time employment of 20 hours per week in a FIXED MORNING schedule from 10:00 to 14:00 or AFTERNOON schedule from 16:00 to 20:00.
- Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement for 20h = €732 gross/month
- Possibility of hybrid teleworking if quality and production objectives are met.

The role
We are hiring Teleoperators for a Customer Service service 100% dedicated to assisting users of the public service in charge of water supply.
If you enjoy helping others, we propose that you participate in this project with the following functions:
What you'll do
- Handling general inquiries (information on supply data, uses, payment methods, balance, current account, status of customer requests...).
- Management of service contracting, changes of ownership, cancellations, and service restorations.
- Information regarding inspections, service cuts, and connections: appointments with customers, management of licenses and permits, and settlements.
- Management of meter readings, breakdowns, and card payment procedures.
How you'll work
- Location in Torrejón de Ardoz, accessible by public transport from the Renfe Soto del Henares station (with a company shuttle) and an area with easy parking for those traveling by car.
