Requirements

The role
FCC Industrial is looking to incorporate a Technical Assistant to provide services at the facilities of the Port of Málaga on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). We are looking for a person with experience in CMMS, CAD, and GIS who participates in the technical management of assets and infrastructure, combining field work and office work.
What you'll do
Feeding and updating the inventory of elements and infrastructure.
Carrying out periodic surveys and inspections of elements.
Preparation and maintenance of computerized inventory files based on GIS.
Work with plans and technical documentation in CAD.
Management and updating of information through a CMMS platform (preferably INGRID WEB).
Registration and monitoring of detected incidents, anomalies, and defects.
Digitization and closure of work orders and resolved incidents.
Reception, review, and entry of scheduled maintenance.
Monitoring the status and functioning of infrastructure.
Combined field and office work for data collection and entry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience using
Availability to join immediately full-time until the first quarter of 2027, and from then on part-time.
