At FCC Industrial, we develop maintenance, infrastructure, energy, and facilities projects for top-tier public and private clients. We are currently looking to hire a First-class Maintenance Tradesperson to join our integral building and facilities maintenance team in Barcelona.

We are looking for a person with experience in integral building maintenance who can coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as collaborate in the management of incidents and suppliers. Their functions will include:

Management and monitoring of incidents, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.

Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and maintenance suppliers.

Use of CMMS tools for the planning, monitoring, and closing of jobs.

Maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations.

Maintenance of thermal installations: air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.

Maintenance of plumbing, potable cold water, and pressure group installations.

Monitoring and control of Fire Protection Systems (FPS).

Support in the management and control of facilities and buildings.

Low-voltage electricity.

Air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
