Requirements
What we're looking for
- Driving licenses B and C.
- Availability to work in winter road maintenance shifts when necessary.
- Knowledge of masonry, pruning, logging, clearing, welding, mechanics, or electricity.
Nice to have
- Training in OSH related to earthmoving, masonry, or road conservation (COEX) is valued.
- Experience in road conservation and in driving snowplow equipment is valued.

The role
At FCC Infraestructuras - MATINSA, we are looking to hire 2 First-class Tradespeople for the road conservation and maintenance service in San Rafael (Segovia).
The selected individuals will perform ordinary road conservation work and participate in winter road maintenance operations by driving snowplow equipment when necessary.
What you'll do
- Road conservation and maintenance tasks.
- Auxiliary repair and conservation work for road infrastructure.
- Driving snowplow equipment during winter road maintenance episodes.
- Support for the operational activities of the conservation center.
How you'll work
- Standard working day from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 15:30.
- During winter road maintenance episodes, work will be carried out in 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
