The role

A company in the construction and comprehensive private renovation sector is looking to hire a Technical Estimator to take over the preparation of bids and budgets, a function currently managed by the site managers themselves.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience, with the desire to grow, contribute technical judgment, and structure the estimating department within a company in full evolution.

What you'll do

Prepare budgets and bids for private construction projects.

Analyze blueprints, measurements, and technical documentation to define the scope.

Request, compare, and evaluate prices from suppliers and subcontractors.

Review and optimize line items with technical and economic judgment.

Keep the price database (external + internal) up to date.

Participate in the technical evaluation of new projects.

Provide order, method, and follow-up to a growing department.
