What you'll get

Contract type: Temporary for maternity leave replacement (approximate duration: 1 year)

Working day: Full-time (40h/week)

Salary: 25,000 — Gross/Year (SBA)

Schedule and Flexibility: Monday to Thursday: 8 h and 25 min of work + 45 min lunch break + Friday: Intensive morning shift (6 h and 40 min).

Flexible start and end times (between 07:00 h and 10:00 h).

Teleworking: Up to a maximum of 8 working days per month (maximum 2 days per week), after completing the initial training period.

The role

We need to hire a Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator to collaborate on document management and audit processes within the Quality department.

What you'll do

Management of quality system documentation (certificates of analysis, technical specifications, procedures, audit records, etc.).

Continuous maintenance and updating of the company's databases and document management systems.

Direct administrative support in internal and external audits led by Quality technicians.

Support in the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), as well as the recording of quality incidents.

Preparation of reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and periodic departmental reports.

Actively collaborate in compliance with applicable regulations and the maintenance of certifications (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, among others).

Requirements

Experience or a clear interest in Quality departments and regulated industries.

A methodical, rigorous person with initiative for data management.
