Ferrovial Construction is recognized internationally for its capacity to design and build singular projects in civil works and building, and mainly large transport infrastructures. Its historical track record includes projects to date totaling more than 490 km of tunnels, 19,200 km of roads (including 4,000 km of highways) and 4,700 km of railway lines (including 700 km of high-speed rail) and 27,350 km of road maintenance and repair.

Architect

At Ferrovial Construction, we need to hire an Architect, preferably with 1 or 2 years of experience in industrial project development for the Northwest area of Spain.

FUNCTIONS

- Support the design of the architecture discipline and document validation according to client requirements and specifications.
- Support coordination with the other involved disciplines (structure and installations); as well as integration with all specialties.
- Assist with control and monitoring of the engineering firms involved in the process; meeting the agreed deliverable schedule. Review documents to comply with regulations and requirements; integrating optimizations and improvements into the project.
- Prepare and integrate information from the industrial and subcontractor Architecture. Collaborate with the BIM modeling team; to include this information in the model and produce As-Built drawings.
- Support the end client and Construction Management; attending technical and construction meetings; to implement the agreed modifications in the final project.

- Architect (preferred), technical architect, or building engineer who has recently completed their studies.

- Knowledge of the Office suite, CAD suite (Autocad, Revit, Navis,....) and measurement software (Presto,...)

Arquitecto/a

 Desde Ferrovial Construcción precisamos incorporar a un Arquitecto/a, preferiblemente con 1 o 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos industriales para zona Noroeste de España.

FUNCIONES

- Apoyar en el Diseño de la disciplina arquitectura y validación de documentos de acuerdo a los requerimientos y especificaciones del cliente.
- Apoyar en la coordinación junto con el resto de disciplinas involucradas (estructura e instalaciones); además de la integración con todas las especialidades.
- Ayudar con el Control y Seguimiento de las ingenierías involucradas en el proceso; cumpliendo la planificación de entregables acordada. revisión de documentos para cumplir con la normativa y requerimientos; integrando optimizaciones y mejoras en el proyecto.
- Preparar e integrar la información de los industriales y subcontratista de Arquitectura. colaboración con el equipo de modelado BIM; para incluir esta información en el modelo y Realizar As-Built.
- Apoyo al cliente final y a la Ejecución de Obra; asistiendo a reuniones técnicas y de Construcción; para implementar las modificaciones acordadas en el proyecto final.
