Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Architecture (accredited).
2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience in the development of basic and execution projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential).
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments.

The role

In our Facilities Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of cutting-edge projects, collaborating with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for a BIM Project Architect for industrial projects to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

Develop preliminary designs, basic projects, and architectural execution projects.
Prepare and coordinate the graphic and technical documentation of the project.
Coordinate architecture with MEP disciplines, structures, and other consultants.
Support the preparation and review of tender documentation: scopes, technical criteria, and measurements.
Monitor technical documentation, change control, and coordination with the various agents.
Develop and edit plans and BIM models when the project requires it.
Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.
