We are looking for a Data & Analytics Business Lead to act as a bridge between business areas and the Data and Architecture teams, to transform a growing and heterogeneous demand into a governed, coherent, and sustainable ecosystem of analytical solutions that generates real value for the organization.
The person will have a transversal vision of the company's operational processes and information needs, promoting the development and consolidation of the portfolio of reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions that facilitate decision-making based on reliable and shared data.
What you'll do
- Identify, structure, and prioritize the reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence needs of the various business areas.
- Act as a liaison between business and the Data and Architecture teams, facilitating the definition of requirements and priorities.
- Lead the functional definition and evolution of analytical products and corporate data solutions.
- Drive the standardization and governance of KPIs, metrics, and business rules throughout the organization.
- Promote data quality and the resolution of information problems at the source together with the responsible areas.
- Identify synergies between areas and promote reusable solutions that maximize efficiency and reduce duplications.
- Supervise the adoption of implemented solutions and detect opportunities for continuous improvement.
