Job Description:

Job Duties


Execute Day-to-Day Cash Management

  • Payments - assist in the creation of wires and other bank payments both domestically and internationally in foreign currencies.
  • Investments -monitor current investments, assist in identifying investment opportunities and KYC processes.
  • Fee Analysis - Perform monthly bank fee analysis to ensure accurate and appropriate billing and recommend ways to eliminate unnecessary fees.
  • Bank Account Maintenance - Analyst will assist in opening, closing, and modifying bank account services, documentation, and bank signers.
  • Bank System Administration - Assist in the setup and configuration of users within Ferrovial' banking platforms and systems.
  • Fraud Monitoring - Monitor bank accounts for avoiding.

Preparation of Treasury Reports

  • Ad-hoc reporting relating to treasury activities, services, fraud, and product refunds.
  • Cash Forecasting - Update and maintain daily cash forecast.
  • Bank Account Master - Maintain and update bank account master file containing all relevant account info, signers, and bank contacts.

Other Responsibilities

  • Process - Help ensure financial integrity by setting standards for receipts and disbursement mechanisms. Work with institutions & providers to ensure effective system data interfaces.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • English C1; Spanish recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and improve processes.

Computer Skills

  • Microsoft and MLL´s.
  • Experience with SAP and Treasury, banking and financial reporting systems will be considered.
