* Deep knowledge of public and private tendering processes.
* Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word).
* Excellent writing and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Tendering Technician to join our team in Madrid. The selected person will be responsible for the preparation and management of bids and proposals for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and requirements.
* Analyze and understand the tender specifications and technical requirements.
* Coordinate the collection of necessary information and documentation from the different departments involved.
* Prepare detailed and competitive technical and economic proposals.
* Review and ensure the quality and consistency of all bid documentation.
* Maintain fluid communication with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners during the tendering process.
* Monitor tenders and manage post-submission documentation.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the tendering processes.
* Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and negotiations with clients.
