What you'll do

  • Analyze technical specifications, client requirements, and tender documentation (RFP/RFQ)

  • Review contractual documentation (EPC or other formats): contractual risk analysis and preparation of redlines and alternative drafting proposals.

  • Actively participate in contractual negotiation, in coordination with the legal department.

  • Prepare optimized technical proposals, including: definition of design solutions, electrical calculations, and system sizing, as well as preparation of technical documentation and bid deliverables.

  • Develop the economic proposal: preparation of cost studies, preparation of client budgets, and identification of risks and opportunities.

  • Interact with suppliers and subcontractors to: request, evaluate bids, optimize costs, and maximize technical value.

Requirements

  • Electrical, industrial engineering, or similar

  • At least 1 year of experience in contract management during the pre-construction phase of national and international EPC projects

  • Knowledge of standard photovoltaic plant design tools (PVSyst) is a plus

  • Knowledge of performance calculation models and electrical calculations is a plus

  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and sensitivity towards their application in business environments, focusing on process optimization and decision-making.

  • English level: C1
