  • Develop an agile community of practice through cross-team demonstrations, peer learning, and shared improvement experiments.
  • Design and deliver training for Product Owners and Agile Masters/Scrum Masters covering facilitation, conflict resolution, metrics, discovery-to-delivery workflows, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Stay aligned with Festo.com teams; grow a community of Agilists across locations.
  • Facilitate hub-wide OKR alignment, measurable key results, monthly check-ins, and quarterly reviews, with objective ownership retained by accountable leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Master for software teams in multi‑team settings.
  • A technical background, ideally including software development experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
  • Experience in complex ecosystems and corporate environments (required), coordinating across squads, functions.

  • Proficiency with Jira or GitLab, wikis, and online whiteboards, together with practical analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation (onsite and online, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills; pragmatic and outcome‑focused.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted software development, including output validation, human review, data confidentiality, and approved-tool policies.
  • PSM preferred (CSM valued); additional coaching/facilitation certifications are a plus; leadership trainings recommended.
  • Fluent English; Spanish/Catalan appreciated.
