The role

Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our team in Madrid who can help us support our employees all around the globe. The tasks consist on the following:

Service Desk & Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to our employees globally, both with Windows and macOS.
Plan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized.
Prepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees.
Manage our Google systems and licences.
Manage tech material
Support and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.
Support our offices around the world.
Collaboration and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system.
Make proper use of the resources provided by the organization.
Carry out appropriate segregation of waste.
