At a technical level 💻 it is indispensable that you have:Experience working with ticketing tools.Task automation (equipment cloning, user onboarding/offboarding).Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS working environments.Knowledge of workstation and server hardware.Studies in Higher Technician of Computer Systems and Networks, or similar.And you will shine ✨ if you have:OpenLDAP directory management.Knowledge of virtualized systems (Proxmox or similar).Knowledge of managing VoIP telephone systems based on Asterisk (Issabel).Google Workspace account administration.Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and production hardware/software.Networking knowledge with the use of Mikrotik technology.Administration and management of storage systems (disk arrays) and backups. NAS Synology and QNAP.What will you do at Sesame?Resolution of incidents, requests, problems, and implementation of changes.Configuration of profiles, emails, and access for new hires.Installation and configuration of equipment, Operating Systems, and applications.Proactive maintenance of equipment on the network.Equipment inventory and storage management.Task automation, reducing the time of already implemented procedures.Processing warranties with suppliers.Automation of the platform under your charge through the installation of patches and version upgrades. Continuous improvement.Assembly of audiovisual equipment and providing support for resolving incidents related to them.Generation of procedures and technical documentation.Compliance with ISO 27001 regulations.Proposals for improvement addressing the growth and security needs of the business group.Do you accept the challenge? 💪
