Land Engine Services Aftersales Specialist

• • Advising and supporting Finanzauto technicians in performing diagnostics of engine and accessory faults in a technical service capacity, traveling to customer facilities if necessary, with the objective of streamlining the repair and offering the customer a quick and satisfactory response.
• • Controlling the costs and development of larger-scale repairs within their product line, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and profitability for Finanzauto.
• • Shared technical management with regions in the operation of maintenance contracts to ensure their profitability across the national territory and to offer the client a fast and satisfactory response.
• • Definition and maintenance of specific support tools for their application in the land market.
• • Active collaboration with the training area to ensure theoretical preparation across the entire range of marketed products, as well as conducting training for specific teams or facilities.
• • Management of a centralized database of incidents and faults for analysis and communication within the preventive service dynamics.
• • Addressing client doubts and claims regarding the product and providing technical solutions to their problems, whether from the headquarters or during various visits to their facilities, with the objective of offering added value as a centralized technical service that promotes customer loyalty.
• • Preparing common information for the regions in order to facilitate preventive service, efficiency of the repair service, and the maintenance of units and equipment under maintenance contracts.
• • Performing the argumentation and justification of commercial warranties requested from the regions, analyzing each case and preparing the corresponding report, with the objective of obtaining financial aid and legal support.
• • Fostering the relationship with Caterpillar and other suppliers, organizing and accompanying them on technical and commercial visits, attending their courses and seminars, etc., with the objective of facilitating conditions favorable to Finanzauto's interests regarding financial aid, technical updates, etc.

• Minimum Training: Engineering Degree or Industrial Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic)
• Previous experience of two years is essential.
• Essential: high level of English.
