Maintenance Engineer

• Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering (industrial technical training is valued).
• Experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of Excel (BI is valued).
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic knowledge.

• Preparation of Maintenance plans
• Collaborating in the preparation of DCA
• CMMS management
• Maintenance and labeling of the plant's component and asset tree.
• Organizing preventive maintenance routes together with the maintenance manager
• Monitoring the execution of inspection routes for their preventive WO packages, as well as derived WOs.
• Organization and storage of information according to the criteria for exploitation, as transmitted by the Department Manager, which ensures the Continuous Improvement of the Repairability, Maintainability, and Reliability of the plant.
• Developing routes and work instructions together with the specialist and maintenance supervisor to guide the MTO plant personnel when intervening on assets.
• Preventive maintenance planning, finalized by the MTO and Supply Chain manager.
• Control of hours and the performance of internal and external technicians of the MTO team.
• Ensuring the availability of the supply of work materials
• Preparation of reports
• Management of work requests and their needs
• Planning of the work plan
• Cost allocation, classification by cost center
• Support for daily planning and shutdowns in the search for opportunities
• Documentary filing (blueprints, manuals...) and administrative filing (invoicing...)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
