In the midst of our expansion process, we continue to grow our Construction and Works department. We are looking to incorporate a Facility Project Coordinator to ensure the correct operational status of our clubs.

You will be a key player in maintaining each Fitness Park: from ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities to monitoring the technical status of the clubs, guaranteeing operational status, preservation, and compliance with brand standards.

Here you do more than just manage the operational status of the clubs: you build Fitness Park experiences.

• Supervise the general status of the clubs.

• Manage and monitor technical incidents in the clubs.

• Coordinate with engineering firms, construction companies, and suppliers.

• Coordinate club maintenance.

• Keep technical documentation and certifications up to date.

• Ensure compliance with technical regulations, licenses, and Fitness Park standards.

• Coordinate post-construction incidents.

• Conduct club visits and on-site monitoring.

• Manage adjustments and changes during execution, providing agile and efficient solutions.

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or similar.

• Previous experience in managing construction projects and works (retail, fitness, offices, or similar environments).

• Experience in companies with brand standards and technical manuals will be highly valued.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Solid knowledge of construction processes and reading of plans.

• Ability to organize and supervise the general status of the clubs & manage technical incidents.

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.

• Proactive, solution-oriented profile focused on results.

• Availability to travel to visit clubs in Spain.
