Requirements

What we're looking for

·Training in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Support, or similar.

·Previous experience in user and group management tools (Active Directory, Google Workspace Admin).

In the midst of an expansion process, we continue to grow our IT department. We are looking to hire an IT Digital Support professional to support technical development and the support of IT equipment.

You will be a key piece in hardware update and/or system migration projects, in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment in offices or remote environments, and in providing basic training to end users on the use of company tools.

Here you don't just manage IT projects: you build agile and efficient digital experiences at Fitness Park Spain.

What you'll do

·Manage account maintenance in Microsoft and Google Workspace.

·Handle ticketing systems for internal or external support.

·Resolve technical incidents related to end users.

·Implement user policies and permissions in management tools.

·Participate in technological process improvement projects.

·Provide digital support for new club openings.

·Organize the maintenance and repair of hardware (computers, projectors, printers, etc.)
