In the midst of our expansion process, we continue to grow our Operations department. We are looking to incorporate an Operations Assistant to help us with the coordination and monitoring of all internal processes in our Fitness Park Spain-owned clubs.

You will be a key player in the administration of each Fitness Park: from data processing, management control, to coordination with different departments ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and compliance with brand standards.

Here you don't just manage incidents: you build Fitness Park experiences.

What you'll do

Daily supervision, monitoring, and analysis of management and operations indicators.
Processing of customer returns and refunds.
Management of requirements and official communications.
Integral coordination of the payroll process and procedures with the accountant for contractual movements.
Support for District and Club Managers.
Monitoring and coordination with external suppliers for openings and other operational processes.
Support and execution of general administrative tasks.
