Area Manager – Catering

- Experience in leadership and team development through Managers/Establishment Heads.
- Solid knowledge of operational management, cost control, sales, objectives, and results analysis.
- Analytical capacity and a clear orientation toward business and results.
- High capacity for organization, prioritization, and incident resolution.
- A resilient, decisive, and stable profile in demanding operational environments, capable of maintaining perspective, ordering priorities, and acting as an effective link between restaurants and corporate teams.
- Availability to travel approximately 40% of the time, mainly to Málaga, Granada, and A Coruña.
- Multi-site/multi-unit management experience is essential.

At Catenon, we are looking for an Area Manager for a growing catering group that is consolidating its operation in Spain.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a restaurant zone, overseeing and leading a project with a focus on operational excellence, profitability, and team development.

The position will initially have responsibility for restaurants located in Madrid, Málaga, Granada, and A Coruña.

- Supervise the operation of the assigned restaurants, ensuring compliance with operational, service, and customer experience standards.
- Conduct periodic visits to the centers, identifying deviations and establishing action plans and continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor the main economic indicators of the zone: sales, costs, profitability, and EBITDA, ensuring compliance with budget and objectives.
- Analyze the evolution of sales, traffic, average ticket, and different sales channels, identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams, ensuring solid structures, training, performance, and professional development.
- Guarantee the correct implementation of commercial campaigns, launches, and strategies defined by the company.
- Coordinate restaurant activity with the different corporate areas: Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance, Training, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, results orientation, and continuous improvement.
