For our Leganés centre, we are looking to bring on board a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Specialist passionate about the motor world, with technical skill and a focus on doing the job right.

Position Mission

You will be responsible for the reconditioning and bodywork repair process of the vehicles that arrive at our branch, ensuring that each unit meets aesthetic and safety standards before being put up for sale.

What will your main duties be?

• Repair and restoration: Diagnosis and repair of damage, dents, deformations and light, medium and severe scratches on the bodywork.
• Assembly and disassembly: Prior disassembly of parts for repair or replacement (bumpers, fenders, doors, trim) and subsequent reassembly.
• Use of specialised machinery: Operation of the jig, dent pullers, welding (MIG/MAG, oxyacetylene), sanders, presses and manual workshop tools.
• Parts preparation: Filling, sanding, alignment of structural elements and adjustment of gaps prior to the painting phase.
• Quality control: Final verification of the work carried out to guarantee flawless finishes.

What we are looking for in you

• Training: Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Bodywork / Automotive or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar position as a Panel Beater (second-class or first-class skilled tradesperson category valued).
• Proficiency in the use of the jig, welding and specific bodywork tools.
• Valid driving licence B (essential for moving vehicles in the workshop).
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented profile, with the ability to work in a team and a focus on meeting delivery times.
