Join our team as a Legal Technician in Consumer Affairs and Data Protection! - Flexicar

We are looking to add a Legal Technician specialized in Consumer Affairs and Data Protection to our Compliance / Legal Advisory department.

(Note on location: Our head offices are currently located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, but in the near future we will be moving to our new central facilities in Alcalá de Henares).

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Consumer Complaints Management: Processing and drafting of allegations before official bodies (OMIC, Consumer Arbitration Boards, OCU) and monitoring of after-sales and vehicle warranty files.
• Extrajudicial Resolution: Mediation and negotiation of agreements with end customers to resolve conformity or product warranty issues.
• Data Protection (GDPR): Comprehensive management of the ARCO + rights exercise channel (access, deletion, objection, etc.) and handling of privacy-related inquiries.
• Regulatory Compliance: Auditing and ensuring GDPR compliance in the capture of commercial leads, purchase agreements, financing, and web forms.
• Relations with Bodies: Support in preparing responses and allegations to requests from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
• Internal Advisory: Providing ongoing regulatory and legal support to the dealership network and the Operations/After-sales area.

What do we offer you?

• Contract: Permanent, full-time position at the leading company in the mobility sector in Spain.
• Salary: €24,000 – €26,000 gross/year (depending on experience provided).
• Location: Initially in San Sebastián de los Reyes, with an upcoming move to Alcalá de Henares. (Nov)

What we are looking for in you

• Education: Degree or Bachelor's in Law (a Master's or specialization in Data Protection / Consumer Law is highly valued).
• Experience: Between 1 and 3 years in similar positions managing consumer complaints and LOPD/GDPR regulations (experience in the automotive, retail, warranty, or financing sector is valued).
• Key knowledge:

Mastery of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (warranties and sale of consumer goods).

Mastery of the GDPR and LOPDGDD.

• Skills: Excellent legal drafting ability, negotiation skills, proactivity, and ease in the agile management of files.

Buscamos incorporar en nuestro departamento de Cumplimiento / Asesoría Jurídica a un/a Técnico/a Legal especializado/a en Consumo y Protección de Datos.

(Nota sobre la ubicación: Actualmente nuestras oficinas centrales están ubicadas en San Sebastián de los Reyes, pero en un futuro próximo nos trasladaremos a nuestras nuevas instalaciones centrales en Alcalá de Henares).

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades principales?

• Gestión de Reclamaciones de Consumo: Tramitación y redacción de alegaciones ante organismos oficiales (OMIC, Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo, OCU) y seguimiento de expedientes de posventa y garantías vehiculares.
• Resolución Extrajudicial: Mediación y negociación de acuerdos con clientes finales para resolver incidencias de conformidad o garantía de producto.
• Protección de Datos (RGPD): Gestión integral del canal de ejercicio de derechos ARCO + (acceso, supresión, oposición, etc.) y atención a consultas en materia de privacidad.
• Cumplimiento Normativo: Auditar y velar por el cumplimiento del RGPD en la captación de leads comerciales, contratos de compraventa, financiación y formularios web.
• Relación con Organismos: Soporte en la elaboración de respuestas y alegaciones ante requerimientos de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
• Asesoramiento Interno: Dar soporte normativo y legal continuo a la red de concesionarios y al área de Operaciones/Posventa.

• Contrato: Indefinido a jornada completa en la empresa líder del sector de la movilidad en España.
• Retribución: 24.000 € – 26.000 € brutos/año (según experiencia aportada).
• Ubicación: Inicialmente en San Sebastián de los Reyes, con traslado próximo a Alcalá de Henares. (Nov)

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Formación: Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho (muy valorable Máster o especialización en Protección de Datos / Derecho de Consumo).
• Experiencia: Entre 1 y 3 años en posiciones similares gestionando reclamaciones de consumo y normativa LOPD/RGPD (valorable experiencia en sector automoción, retail, garantías o financiación).
• Conocimientos clave:

Dominio de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (garantías y venta de bienes de consumo).

Dominio del RGPD y LOPDGDD.

• Habilidades: Excelente capacidad de redacción jurídica, dotes de negociación, proactividad y soltura en la gestión ágil de expedientes.
