At Flexicar Service we are in the midst of a growth and expansion process. For this reason, we are looking to bring on a Workshop Manager with solid experience, leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive sector.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the workshop, ensuring the highest quality of service, compliance with deadlines, and the highest safety standards.

Your main duties:

• Management and Organization: Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activity of the mechanical and bodywork/paint areas.
• Production Control: Assign and monitor work orders according to priority and each technician's specialty.
• Quality and Diagnosis: Validate complex diagnoses, resolve technical issues, and guarantee quality standards in every repair.
• Time Optimization: Control repair times to ensure strict compliance with delivery dates agreed with the customer.
• Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate internal communication with the reception team and external communication with customers, suppliers, and insurance adjusters.
• Resource Management: Manage the maintenance of tools, workshop equipment, and the spare parts/parts stock.
• Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, train, and evaluate the performance of the technical staff under your supervision.

• Higher-level vocational training in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive workshops (preferably multi-brand).
• At least 2-3 years of experience leading and supervising mechanical teams.
• Solid knowledge of general mechanics, multi-brand electronic diagnostic systems, bodywork, and paint.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (automotive scanner).
• Knowledge of appraisal programs (Audatex, GT Estimate, etc.) is a plus.
• A valid class B driver's license is essential.
