What we're looking for

Minimum requirements:
- - More than 5 years of proven experience in a similar role at an automotive workshop.
- Vocational training in Bodywork (FP I Carrocería).
- Ability to carry out meticulous and precise work.
- Interest in working in the Madrid-Barajas area, with a schedule of 07:00 to 15:30, and some on-call weeks from 10:00 to 19:00.

What you'll do

At ASTARA RETAIL, we are looking for a Body Shop Technician for one of our facilities at LEXUS, specifically in the Madrid-Barajas area.

Main Responsibilities:
- Bodywork repair: Assess and repair damage to vehicle bodies, which may include dents, scratches, and accident-related damage.
- Parts replacement: Remove and replace damaged body parts, such as panels, doors, hoods, and bumpers.
- Sanding and preparation: Sand vehicle surfaces to prepare them for painting, ensuring they are smooth and clean.
- Structural straightening: Use specialized tools and equipment to straighten vehicle structures that have sustained significant damage.
