Eulen Flexiplan is seeking a Fleet Administrative Assistant to join their team at the Guzmán el Bueno facilities.

What you'll do

As part of the team, you will perform the following duties:

ANALYSIS AND PLANNING
- Manage and plan the follow-up and future actions related to the assigned client portfolio, in line with fleet colleagues, the commercial method, and the brand's CRM.
- Prepare client calls based on the information recorded in the system.
- Record all client-related actions, as well as the information obtained through communication with them,
  in order to enable subsequent follow-up.
COMMERCIAL AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
- Contact leasing companies and businesses to present products and services, through phone calls
  or other means of communication.
- Support Fleet Commercial Advisors in obtaining visits and identifying sales opportunities.
- Manage and follow up on assigned accounts in the FAST tool.
- Coordinate client follow-up campaigns with the Fleet Manager through digital media
  (emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute campaigns to promote new products or available promotions.
- Support the preparation and development of proposals tailored to client needs (proposal and
  financing).
- Make follow-up calls to businesses to assess their satisfaction level.
- Answer calls from leasing company clients to resolve their questions and provide advice according to
  their needs.
- Initially manage specific business leads, following the established procedure.
- Ensure compliance with the Good Environmental Practices Guidelines.
