You are the person we are looking for if: You have experience or an interest in developing yourself in telephone sales, B2B Telemarketing, or commercial client management. You have experience in portfolio management, upselling, or cross-selling. You feel comfortable working towards objectives and with a variable remuneration system. You have good communication and telephone argumentation skills. You stand out for your commercial attitude, persistence, and results orientation. You have the capacity to learn and ease in acquiring knowledge of new products and services.

What you'll get

What do we offer? Permanent contract. 5-hour workday, from 09:00h to 14:00h. Hybrid model with 2 days of teleworking per week from the start. Salary composed of fixed + variable linked to commercial objectives. Structured commercial career plan, with progressive increases in objectives, variable pay, and potential remuneration as you evolve professionally. Additional incentives linked to certain strategic products. Initial product training and support during onboarding. Location in Madrid, Montecarmelo area.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing an active B2B client portfolio. Detecting new needs and commercial opportunities. Performing upselling and cross-selling actions on services already contracted. Presenting and marketing new products and solutions. Performing consultative sales primarily via telephone. Managing objections and highlighting the value of the commercial proposal against other market alternatives. Following up on proposals and open opportunities. Working oriented towards the achievement of commercial objectives.
