QA Tester Senior

As a SR. QA TESTER, your mission will be the execution of quality tests on critical internal developments, as well as your expert validation of new and complex evolving functionalities.

Your functions and tasks will be:

-Analyzing and optimizing defined test plans to maximize coverage.

-Executing complex test cases autonomously in pre-production and staging environments.

-Ensuring full traceability of defects and performing root cause analysis.

-Collaborating closely with developers to expedite the resolution of technical blockers.

-Creating and constantly updating the company's technical testing documentation.

-Conducting thorough technical reviews of new functionalities before they go to production.

-Executing critical regression plans and risk-based exploratory testing sessions.

-Reporting, categorizing, and tracking complex bugs in Azure DevOps.

-Performing technical verification and closing incidents after their resolution.

-Validating correct integration and performance across supported devices, browsers, and versions.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
-5 years in software testing execution (QA Manual/Automation).

-Extreme rigor and attention to detail.

-Strong technical analysis skills and problem-solving under pressure.

-Clear and assertive communication with the technical team.

-Operational autonomy and proactivity in resolving bottlenecks.

-Efficient time management in short delivery cycles.

-Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications.

-Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps.

-Advanced use of Postman, Swagger, and script execution in Cypress/Playwright.

-Proficiency in Chrome DevTools for network inspection and debugging.

-Document management in Google Workspace / Office.

-Native or C2 level Spanish.

-B1 or higher English.

-Salary: €32,000 gross per year

--Hybrid work model: Some days in the office (central Madrid) and others from home. The best of both worlds!)

Como QA TESTER SR. tu misión será la ejecución de pruebas de calidad sobre desarrollos internos críticos, así como tu validación experta de funcionalidades nuevas y evolutivas complejas.

Tus funciones y tareas serán:

-Analizar y optimizar los planes de pruebas definidos para maximizar la cobertura.

-Ejecutar casos de prueba complejos en entornos de preproducción y staging de forma autónoma.

-Garantizar la trazabilidad total de defectos y realizar análisis de causa raíz.

-Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores para agilizar la resolución de bloqueos técnicos.

-Creación y actualización constante de la documentación técnica de testing de la compañía.

-Revisión técnica exhaustiva de nuevas funcionalidades antes de su paso a producción.

-Ejecución de planes de regresión críticos y sesiones de testing exploratorio basado en riesgos.

-Reporte, categorización y seguimiento de bugs complejos en Azure DevOps.

-Verificación técnica y cierre de incidencias tras su corrección.

-Validación de la correcta integración y rendimiento en dispositivos, navegadores y versiones soportadas.

¿Cuáles son las skills y experiencia que buscamos?
-5 años en ejecución de pruebas de software (QA Manual/Automation).

-Rigor extremo y atención al detalle.

-Alta capacidad de análisis técnico y resolución de problemas bajo presión.

-Comunicación clara y asertiva con el equipo técnico.

-Autonomía operativa y proactividad para resolver cuellos de botella.

-Gestión eficiente del tiempo en ciclos de entrega cortos.

-Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software o Telecomunicaciones.

-Dominio experto de Azure DevOps.

-Uso avanzado de Postman, Swagger y ejecución de scripts en Cypress/Playwright.

-Dominio de Chrome DevTools para inspección de red y depuración.

-Gestión documental en Google Workspace / Office.

-Español nativo o C2

-Inglés B1 o superior.
