AI & Data Automation Intern

As an AI & Data Automation Intern, your mission will be to ensure the smooth flow of data between the company's critical systems (CRM and ERP) through the use of intelligent logic, as well as to transform raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making at flowww.

Your duties and tasks will be:

-Automate repetitive internal management tasks.

-Support system scalability, ensuring the CRM and ERP remain synchronized without constant manual intervention.

Intelligent system integration: Design and oversee automatic connections between the CRM (sales/customers) and the ERP (billing/resources).

-Data modeling and exploitation: Develop data architectures that allow extracting valuable metrics from both systems.

-Process optimization through AI: Apply machine learning or natural language processing techniques to improve the quality of internal data.

-Map and normalize data fields between the CRM and ERP to avoid duplicates or synchronization errors.

-Configure automation flows (webhooks, APIs, or Python scripts) that trigger intelligent actions based on customer behavior.

-Design dynamic dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) that unify flowww's business view.

-Train simple classification models to prioritize leads in the CRM or predict incidents in the ERP.

-Native/C2 Spanish, B2 English

What will the process be like?

1. First, you will have an initial introduction with our Talent Acquisition team.

2. Then, you will have an in-depth interview with the Head of People.

3. Finally, we will invite you to a last interview with the Manager of your area.

4. We may ask you to complete a practical case related to your experience.

5. After all this, we will present you with a firm offer for you to join us.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
-We are looking for final-year students or recent graduates of a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.

-Be available to sign an Internship Agreement between the student, the educational institution, and flowww.

-Proficiency in Python, SQL, knowledge of APIs (REST/JSON), and data visualization tools.

-Analytical mindset, ability to abstract business processes, and proactivity to propose technological improvements.

Como Becario de IA & Data Automation tu misión será garantizar la fluidez de datos entre los sistemas críticos de la compañía (CRM y ERP) mediante el uso de lógica inteligente, así como transformar datos brutos en conocimiento accionable para la toma de decisiones estratégicas en flowww.

Tus funciones y tareas serán:

-Automatizar tareas repetitivas de gestión interna.

-Apoyar en la escalabilidad del sistema, asegurando que el CRM y el ERP se mantengan sincronizados sin intervención manual constante.

Integración inteligente de sistemas: Diseñar y supervisar las conexiones automáticas entre el CRM (ventas/clientes) y el ERP (facturación/recursos).

-Modelado y explotación de datos: Desarrollar arquitecturas de datos que permitan extraer métricas de valor de ambos sistemas.

-Optimización de procesos mediante IA: Aplicar técnicas de aprendizaje automático o procesamiento de lenguaje natural para mejorar la calidad de los datos internos.

-Mapear y normalizar campos de datos entre el CRM y el ERP para evitar duplicidades o errores de sincronización.

-Configurar flujos de automatización (webhooks, APIs o scripts en Python) que disparen acciones inteligentes basadas en el comportamiento del cliente.

-Diseñar dashboards dinámicos en herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau o similar) que unifiquen la visión de negocio de flowww.

-Entrenar modelos de clasificación sencillos para priorizar leads en el CRM o predecir incidencias en el ERP.

-Español C2/Nativo, Inglés B2

¿Cuáles son las skills y experiencia que buscamos?
-Buscamos estudiantes de último año o recién graduado en el Grado de Inteligencia Artificial, Ingeniería de Datos o afines.

-Estar en disposición de firmar un Convenio de Prácticas entre el alumno, el centro de estudios y flowww.

-Dominio de Python, SQL, conocimiento de APIs (REST/JSON) y herramientas de visualización de datos.

-Mentalidad analítica, capacidad de abstracción de procesos de negocio y proactividad para proponer mejoras tecnológicas.
