Technical Pre-Sales Consultant Trainee

As a TECHNICAL PRE-SALES CONSULTANT, your mission will be to validate the technical feasibility of client account requirements, analyzing whether our Front, Back and UX are adaptable to act as the strategic link between business needs and the development team

Your duties and tasks will be:

• Support in the discovery phase: Assist senior consultants in meetings with aesthetic and health centers to learn how to identify needs.

• Requirements documentation: Collaborate in transcribing client needs into technical formats that the development team can process.

• Learning the flowww product: Gain in-depth knowledge of the platform to identify which features cover each market need (dentistry, hair, etc.).

-Updating use cases: Help maintain a library of common technical solutions to streamline future pre-sales.

-Technical pre-sales support: Participate as a listener and provide documentary support in product demonstrations to potential clients.

-Analysis of client processes: Help map how the client currently manages their clinic versus how they would with flowww.

-Support in internal communication: Facilitate the flow of information between the commercial team and developers through the use of management tools.

-Take notes and minutes in requirements-gathering meetings to ensure no operational detail is lost.

-Prepare demo environments by configuring basic data (schedules, services, products) for specific health or aesthetic presentations.

-Draft technical documents under the supervision of a tutor for subsequent delivery to development.

-Perform basic tests in the development environment to verify whether a simple client request is technically feasible.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

-We are looking for students in their final year of an Engineering Degree, Technological Business Administration (ADE), or a Master's degree related to Digital Transformation or similar.

-Technical curiosity, ability to synthesize, clear writing and proactivity to learn complex processes.

-Interest in and basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Slack, and fluent use of Excel/Google Sheets

Como CONSULTOR DE PREVENTA TÉCNICA tu misión será validar la viabilidad técnica de los requerimientos de las cuentas de clientes ,analizando si nuestro Front, Back y UX son adaptables para actuar como el enlace estratégico entre las necesidades de negocio y el equipo de desarrollo

Tus funciones y tareas serán:

• Apoyo en la fase de descubrimiento: Asistir a los consultores senior en las reuniones con centros de estética y salud para aprender a identificar necesidades.

• Documentación de requerimientos: Colaborar en la transcripción de las necesidades del cliente a formatos técnicos que el equipo de desarrollo pueda procesar.

• Aprendizaje del producto flowww: Adquirir un conocimiento profundo de la plataforma para identificar qué funciones cubren cada necesidad del mercado (odontología, capilar, etc.).

-Actualización de casos de uso: Ayudar a mantener una biblioteca de soluciones técnicas comunes para agilizar futuras preventas.

-Asistencia técnica en preventa: Participar como oyente y apoyo documental en las demostraciones de producto a potenciales clientes.

-Análisis de procesos del cliente: Ayudar a mapear cómo el cliente gestiona su clínica actualmente frente a cómo lo haría con flowww.

-Soporte en la comunicación interna: Facilitar el flujo de información entre el equipo comercial y los desarrolladores mediante el uso de herramientas de gestión.

-Tomar notas y actas en las reuniones de toma de requerimientos para asegurar que no se pierda ningún detalle operativo.

-Preparar entornos de demo configurando datos básicos (agendas, servicios, productos) para presentaciones específicas de salud o estética.

-Redactar borradores de documentos técnicos bajo la supervisión de un tutor para su posterior entrega a desarrollo.

-Realizar pruebas básicas en el entorno de desarrollo para verificar si una petición sencilla de un cliente es factible técnicamente.

-Interés y nociones en herramientas tipo Jira, Slack, y manejo fluido de Excel/Google Sheets
