Requirements

What we're looking for

Microsoft Office (mainly Excel): advanced
Proficiency in Smile, NewRef, Trello, Omniture or Google Analytics.
English B2.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, in Ecommerce or omnichannel Retail.
Ability to adapt and learn in dynamic work environments.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Problem-solving capacity, oriented towards achieving results.
Customer orientation.

Analytical capacity.

At Fnac Spain, we are looking for a Web Merchandiser for the Fnac.es department at our Head Office (Full time - Professionals professional group).

What you'll do

Coordinate national and exclusive web promotions together with the Commercial, Marketing, and other departments.
Work with other areas for the optimization of navigation, the structure of the different landings, and the creation of new content (based on customer demand).
Verify the correct application of promotions on Fnac.es
Guarantee the correct visibility of campaigns, promotions, and information for customers on Fnac.es.
Monitoring and analysis of the results of the main campaigns.
Ensure the correct planning of campaigns and the application of the commercial calendar.
Review the different category Homepages and report any possible incidents.
Propose new structures for category Landings or product pages.
